Now that the greenhouse is together, I love it. But to get to that point was horrible. The most important criticism I have is that the assembly instructions are HORRIBLE! There are no verbal directions and the illustrations are very small and undecipherable. I reached out to the company several times and they constantly requested photos, which I provided. Then I had to wait days in between assembly for more cryptic instructions. Most of the time the representative directed me to the horrible instructions. When I researched on line (YouTube, etc.) for anyone who had experience, the only things I could find were people who had different models of greenhouses, none of which had the same parts as mine. When I made it to the last four panels for installation, I realized they were not cut correctly. Instead of reaching out to customer service AGAIN, I took it upon myself to fix the problem on my own. The instructions say total assembly time is 1-2 hours. It took me 9 ½ hours over the course of three weekends because of the terrible instructions and the wait time between customer service requests. Think twice about purchasing this greenhouse!
