    This product arrived as total assembly required and has a100+ pieces of hardware. The directions say “keep out of the rain.” ITS AN OUTDOOR CHAIR! Poor quality and way too much work. save your money. Avoid this marketing fiasco.

    Missing Parts

    I just went to put these two lounge chairs together today I am missing two of the feet for the front of the chair and an entire nut and bolt set to put one of the chairs together. I am no longer within the return window or fix it window so I have no way to contact the manufacturer for the parts! I will update my review if someone reaches out to me to resolve so I can put the other chair together.

    Every time I move the chairs, an orange rust liquid comes from the legs and stains the pool deck. Had to have a professional come to power wash it off.

    I really like these lounge chairs. But rusty colored water drains out of them after rain and stains everything it touches. The chair, patio, everything. We are trying different ways to store them inbetween use to stop this from happening. Company really needs to address this issue. There has got to be a way to fix this.

    Rusting after 1 month

    These chairs took a little bit to put together, instructions weren’t horrible but not clear. They also do not lay all the way flat which is my fault for not reading the description but was disappointing. I’m Giving one star because we have only had them one month and both chairs have already started to rust in more than one spot…these chairs will not last

    Beautiful but a beast to assemble

    Firstly, most of the assembly was easy. Putting on the little legs, and connecting the fabric covered seat and back all went easily. I took the tip someone else left and didn\'t tighten screws until fully assembled. The major problem is that the manufacturer does not label the arms for front or back. There is a very slight difference in the shape and its easy to put them on wrong. Also, the curvature of them made it a bit tricky to connect to the seat base, but a little tugging made it work. Ultimately, I got them assembled and they are very nice.

    Not easy assembly

    The instruction manual with these chairs is awful. The pictures of what goes where are blurry and difficult to interpret. Its pretty much trial and error in putting these chairs together.
