Differing fabrics

I'm going to start by saying I bought these for myself as a 40yo mother of two toddlers. The ones with the striped sleeves are more cotton than anything else which is great. The solid ones are very heavy knit polyester or something? They're basically extremely hot and sweaty. If you run really cold you may like that but I however do not and loathe the material used for the solid ones.
