K-Cups delicate

Coffee is okay, but found that some K-Cups have exploded (top seal) after use resulting in coffee grounds ending up in drinking cup. I use a Keurig 2.0 coffee maker which I have read is compatible with compostable K-Cups.

I like this flavor

Want to try some others before I settle on a pick, but I would keep on with this flavor even if I don't find one I like better. Am pleased with the compostability aspect. So far the rings are not there yet, but it's only been about a week.

1st time user of your company

I was ok with them until I had 2 come away from the plastic rim. It was a mess. Not only did I have 2 cups of coffee I had to throw out, it made a real mess in my Keurig Coffee Maker. For the price of the coffee I was disappointed.. R Mills

Charged well before shipment

You were late in delivering this month's shipment. Late I can deal with but when you charge my CC days before shipment that's not cool. Only charge the CC when shipment occurs, not before.

Great coffee great value

We have had a subscription with San Francisco Bay Coffee. If you enjoy s great smooth coffee, I wound highly recommend signing up for this coffee. The coffee is fantastic and the best K-cup coffee out there. I also appreciate that it is not fully contained in a hard plastic pod. There pod is the filter that encapsulates the coffee.
