Poor delivery
The chair is very nice and was super easy to put together. This review is on the delivery service. FedEx dropped the item at my daughter's apt with no note or email. The only way she knew was a call from me. The item was placed at a different building, bottom floor with a note written on the box saying who's apt. This is terrible. The delivery driver should at least leave a note on her door. Also, no email is given to notify anyone of a package is coming if purchased off a registry.

Squeaks!
We have had this chair for 2 years now and it squeaks constantly. It doesn't matter how many times we try and fix it, it comes right back. Would NOT recommend as it's worthless for trying to rock a baby to sleep.

Comfy overall
It's a comfortable chair overall and was very easy to put together. The downside for me is if I fall asleep in it which happens a lot. There's no recline or neck support so I keep waking up with a sore neck. I bought a head rest for it thinking it might solve the issue. Again it feels great while I'm awake, but my neck feels terrible when I wake up.

Lovely Chair - Grey NOT as pictured
Love this chair, it’s exactly what I wanted for our nursery, color and all. It glides and swivels beautifully. Husband and I are on the taller side and have enough height in the backrest for head support. PSA—the color for grey on the website is very deceiving. The attached pictures are of the grey chair. It looks like a dark charcoal online but is a very light grey in real life. There was a store model in our Target and staff were convinced we wanted the beige because it’s so much lighter than pictured online. Glad we trusted the product tag because this is the chair and color we wanted, but color was way off the listing.

Excellent purchase
I do not write reviews often but this chair is excellent. It is very comfortable! You find yourself just gliding effortlessly with your baby or just relaxing! I bought this chair for my sister and her new baby but the entire family ends up using it as well! It's super comfortable. Assembly is really easy, the only thing I would say is sliding on the side arms is a bit tricky but once you find the line, they just pop in. I would definitely recommend this chair for anyone! The color is perfect too and the material is comfy. Thumbs up!!!

DO NOT BUY
I was ecstatic when I received this glider from my elderly dad for my baby shower. But just a couple weeks after baby was born, it began to squeak so badly that it is absolutely unusable to comfort a baby let alone trying to get her to sleep!!! We’ve flipped it over maybe 20 times in the last six months to apply WD40 on every possible part and hinge to no avail. The squeak will stop for a few hours then back to the haunted mess that it is. This glider is garbage and I wish this was still eligible for a refund so I can get my dad’s money back. Target should be embarrassed to sell this product. The glider should be the best part of the nursery. Instead, unsuspecting, baby-expecting customers get this nightmare chair to add the stresses of having a new baby! Thanks Target, one more thing for me to worry about! Also, but far less important, the chair he ordered was dark grey and the chair that we received was light grey. I didn’t mind since I wanted a lighter color anyway. So buyer beware.

SQUEAK GALORE
This chair is very soft and comfy but after one month it already squeaks and it SUCKS! My husband and I are both under 200 pds so I know the weight isn’t the reason it squeaks, I just think it was cheaply made. The squeaking sucks so bad, I am writing this review at 3 am after nursing my son and trying to put him back to sleep, I was reminded of this terrible squeak. I would choose another option because this one is not long lasting and will get returned.
