beware! target will not help you with this item if there's any issues
You’re buying this from a third-party and target will not honor or help you with any customer service issues . They refer you to the company who says that they can’t help you have to talk to target as target purchases the items from them and set the price that they’re just a supplier . 110 pound item arrived with some damage to the door which you couldn’t tell until you put the whole thing together. Took four hours to put together and now the only alternative I have is to completely take it apart and take it to a target store for a refund. That they may or may not honor when all I need is a new door . The company stated that if I purchase this directly from them not only would’ve have been cheaper and they would’ve given me $100 off if I wanted to keep it as is but they cant because they’re under contract with target. After going around in circles for a week getting nowhere. I have what could’ve been a beautiful piece of furniture if I didn’t have a damaged door that target won’t rectify.

Sturdy and Very Nice
Had some trouble getting it the first time, but they made things right and sent a new one. When it finally arrived and got it out you could tell it was made well. Haven't used the heater portion of the fire place, but the flames and coal bed look nice. Not very hard to put together, easier with two people though.

The stand is sturdy and absolutely gorgeous and would, under ordinary circumstances, receive a full five stars. Unfortunately, some problems and inconveniences in assembly lowered that ranking. As in other reviews, not all holes are correctly drilled and some not at all. Parts of the assembly were frustrating and definitely time consuming even with use of an impact drill (which is recommended). At least the assembly instructions were relatively clear relieving some of the issues. Definitely a two person assembly. However, once complete the unit is stunning and a terrific addition to our living room. It is displayed with a 65\" tv that it accommodates perfectly.

Beautiful item
Beautiful. No instructions were sent. Had to get a hold of customer service. The fireplace always demonstrates error after use & turning it back on. Have to constantly unplug unit & plug back in to get it to work correctly. The heat is the problem error. So kinda pointless to have it for purchase of intent. A headache for my brother with MS. Thought it would be an ideal item for him.

Love the fireplace
Directions were straight forward. Two of us put it together. I\'m a lady who is handy. Not sure what the A/Q strip is for so I\'m not using that strip, it may be aesthetic. I\'m in Florida so I was looking for just the LED fire without heat. But we have a cold spell now and it feels great to have the heat on too. Enjoying the pretty fireplace.
