Simply attach the elf, upside down, to your chosen location with the included, easy-to-use strap, and wrap the included warm LED lights around the elf to entangle him. The strap can be removed after the elf is firmly secured with the lights if preferred. Ties are included if needed to further secure the elf. UL-listed power adapter. Can be used both indoors and outdoors. This item is not a toy and is not intended for use by children.
