Great cat litter. It eliminates odor and make the litter box easy to scoop. However, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I have had at least four damaged in shipment and undeliverable. Many of the packages that do arrive are damaged and repaired with tape by the shipping company. Please go back to the plastic boxes. They were never damaged.

I always get this brand of cat litter! I have two cats and this is their favorite litter. it clumps really well and lasts a long time. BEWARE: it does track pretty bad and it is very dusty but for the price I think it’s worth it

Pathetic
This product is hard to beat. That is why I continue to purchase it. However, historically the packaging and shipment of my orders is pathetic. A 35 pound bag of this cat litter can be shipped in its original packaging, something Target online has indicated will occur. It never occurs. The bags of cat litter are often shipped in cardboard boxes inadequate for the contents. This time I received a regular for one of the bags I ordered, probably because it was damaged in shipment. This really isn’t rocket science. I can’t believe this issue is unique to me, but what do I know? I keep ordering this product online to be shipped to me and just when I think things couldn’t get worse, I am surprised. Ordered three bags. Refunded for one due to damage. Hold up on bag number 2 due to shipping problems (read: damaged). Third bag arrived today. Took 5-6 days to arrive. Pathetic. Please contact me. I would love to discuss this further.

Nothing wrong with the product. My complaint is the way products are handled in shipping. The package came busted & taped. A lot of the product missing due to spillage. I ordered on 10/22 it was due to arrive on 10/24. I received it on 10/28. Not the first time I’ve had issues with the way target packs items for shipping, or I should say the lack of packing.
