Just so you know, your"JUMBO" paoer towel holder doesn't function with any poplar jumbo roll of paper towel brands until almost a quarter of the roll is used. Maybe you should call it an "EVENTUAL JUMBO" roll. Otherwise, it's well made and attractive.

Poorly made-mediocre construction.

This product arrived dented as the packaging did not protect the contents which was disappointing. I was seeking arm that held the roll close to the center spindle for easy even tearing. However the product does not have enough "spring function" to hold the decreassing circumferance of the paper towel roll as it is used. Oddly the arm only "springs" when the roll is new and large on the spindle. This product is of a lower standard in weight and function than the OXO Simply Tear paper towel holder also sold at Target Stainless steel. Buy the OXO paper towel holder instead.

I was hoping to get a sturdy papertowel holder for my kitchen with a long "arm" to hold the roll. It is the right size but it's very light and flimsy. There were 3 non-slip bumpers on the bottom (instead of 4) so it wobbled everytime I tried to tear off a towel.
