Q: My umbrella has been up since Monday (it’s now Friday). Lights will not turn on. It’s been in the O position while charging. Anything else that needs to be done?

  • A: Quick little fix. I unscrewed the battery pack from the top to check that the battery was in right, and I realized the pack wasn't plugged into the little cord thing in the pole. Connected it, and they lit right up!

    Do NOT Buy

    Do not buy this umbrella if it’s going to be in any damp conditions. I’ve had 2 of these umbrellas for 6 months. I live in southern CA where it’s always sunny except those 6-10 days we had rain in those 6 months. Today we went to open them anticipating 90° weather this weekend and the amount of rusty water that poured out of them was ridiculous. I had to spend an hour scrubbing rust off my concrete. As if that’s not bad enough, they are so faded, they look years old. No where in the product description did it say they needed to be covered when not in use. Never again will I buy umbrellas from this company! They are cheap garbage.

    Total waste of time!

    I ordered this umbrella on 2/16/26. Since then I’ve received several shipment updates and delay notifications. Last week I received a notification that my umbrella was indeed being shipped and would be arriving today 3/3/26. Today I checked on the estimated delivery time and found my umbrella purchase had been cancelled yesterday! WHAT THE HECK? Thank you for stringing me along losing time and the possibility of getting what I wanted somewhere else while it was on sale THERE!

    Great value

    I purchased this umbrella because my other one that did not have the 3 tiers broke in the wind. So far this has held up very well, it has nice blue color that I hope won’t fade to bad. It has the led lights that are solar powered and it looks very nice

    Rain is problematic

    Great Purchase

    It was time to replace our umbrellas so we purchased two new ones and decided on these. Love the embedded solar lights, love that it has the leveled vents, the quality is just all sound top notch and looks amazing. We had some sever storms hit us last night, the winds lifted and threw around both umbrellas in our backyard, unfortunately only one survived so first thing this morning we ordered another to replace the damaged one. Highly recommend this umbrella

    Not indestructable

    This umbrella does the job, even though its fabric is not as nice as Sunbrella. This umbrella has tiers that allow wind to flow through, but is not impervious to wind and needs to be folded down when not in use. We did not do that and found it on the roof and broken after a breezy day.
