Quality diminished
This is our second Zinus mattress. We bought the same exact one three years ago and were very happy with it. Just bought another for our second home and are disappointed in what feels like a decrease in quality. The edges of the mattress sink so you even feel like you’re going to roll off the bed while sleeping. This new mattress is a lot softer than our other, which feels more supportive and firmer. And it’s not a true queen 60” wide but instead 58”, which is quite annoying as our mattress cover and sheets keep sliding around. Can’t help but think they decreased quality to cut spending by cutting size and also foam density. Too bad. We are disappointed and won’t be purchasing another one.

Ultra Cooling Green Tea memory foam
10yrs ago we got the traditional greentea. Loved it. Last week we got the Ultra Cooling gel. True to advertising. Awesome for this 57 yr old menopause lady. Comfort A+ as well. Highly recommend

No edge support
The middle of the mattress is okay but the edge lacks so much support that I fell off the bed the first night. I’m only on night 2 so hoping the edge firms up quite a bit. Otherwise, I will probably go through the hassle of returning this.

Lacking in edge support
I had a 13 in Zinus memory foam that has served me well for about 6 years. Decided it was time for a new mattress and went with their ultra cooling 12 in (thickest available now?). I like the feel overall and the cooling of it but the edge support is non-existent. Sitting on the side you feel like you are sliding into the floor, same with sleeping if you share a bed and sleep near the edge. Will probably be returning it for these reason.

Way too Plush, my back and neck hurts
I should have returned my mattress before 100 nights trial. I found it plush in the beginning but it is getting more plush to the point where I would fall off the bed if I sit on the edges. My neck and back hurt so bad and I started physiotherapy. I am in search of a new firm mattress now that would support my back. It was the most expensive mattress with high expectations when I first purchased it. It was waste of money and damage to my body.

Not happy!
This morning my son set up my beautiful new fullsize bed frame and unpackaged the new mattress to allow several hours for it to plump up before I would make it up with my new bedding. I have just now gone to bed and I am afraid of sliding off the edge onto the floor! The mattress is so soft and goes as flat as a pancake when one lies down! Trying to move towards the center of the bed, leaves one struggling to roll 'uphill' to the high point in the middle. I cannot see this working for me. I am willing to give it a few nights, but honestly this is a big disappointment. I love your product but this one is not good.

I am pleased
My shoulders no longer hurt in the morning. Much less tossing and turning and my arms are not falling asleep. I slept on a Zimus mattress at an airbnb and ordered while I was still there. That one was firm on the edges. This one is super mushy and not good for sitting on the edge of to put on shoes. But I don't hurt so I am okay with sitting in a chair for shoes.

Happy with new mattress
Very happy with my new mattress. Comfortable top memory foam layer, with good firm foam support below. Mild off-gassing smell for a few days, but not that bad. Seems to be resolved now. Overall, quite pleased

Too soft
The mattress is good quality and nice material. Unfortunately it is just too soft for us. If you like to be cradled by your bed (which to lay on is lovely but a hard time sleeping) you will love this mattress. I wish it worked out for us.

Went back to Zinus!
Hubby now sleeps cool and my joints are relieved. Owned an original Zinus many years ago and put them in the rooms of the small motel we owned. Ours got ruined in a hurricane and we went with another brand because back then we could get it faster. When that one wore out, tried a hybrid but was not for us. Went back to Zinus!

I bought this mattress to replace a Zinus mattress I've been sleeping on for 10 years. I'm sad to find there's no structure in the edges any more. Compared to the previous mattress, there's a significant percentage of lost usability because the edges collapse down

I sleep like a baby
I let the mattress set up for 72 hours then slept like a baby. I sleep cool now and sleep all night. It is firm and my neck feels better when I wake up. I love it.

The best bed I have ever slept in
I had a purple mattress for 10 years and i began having awful muscle strains and pain so heard about this bed so I bought it and it is the best bed I have ever owned. No more back pain and my husband says he no longer has his knee pain. We are learning in or middle age the importance of a good mattress and i promise if you are on the edge with this one...dont be..You will thank me for the referral.

12 inch Green cooling mattress
We love this mattress after 2 weeks. There was no small @nd we slept great from night 1. We did put a 3 inch latex mattress topper on it. It is super comfortable. Overall a good experience.
