Honey-Can-Do 2 Tier Shoe Storage Bench Walnut: Shoe Rack Bench, Holds 8 Pairs, Ground Freestanding, Particle Board Frame

See the photos. I opened this from the side. Assembly was easy. There were only 5 parts (including the provided tool). 4 quality control issues I noticed with my unit: 1. One of the boards were attached wrong, making it impossible for me to secure one of the levels with 4 screws. The slant is clearly visible in 2 of the photos. 2. There were 2 scratch marks across one of the boards. That should be apparent in the last photo. You can see from the first photo that I opened the box from the side. My scissors did not make those scratches. 3. There were loose parts inside of the metal frames. I could hear them as I moved the metal frame around, but I could not get the pieces to fall out of the screw holes. 4. The undersides of the wooden parts are in worse shape, but nobody will ever see them so it’s fine. As the assembler though, you will know this truth and its imperfection will gnaw at your mind forever.
