Prevail overnight brief
Prevail Overnight Brief is used for daytime. It will not hold the urine for nighttime. My husband has an overactive bladder . This brief will keep him dry for 5 hours.

Caution for Larger Users
We received a package of these for a larger-girth individual to wear. They fit, but the leg openings were very large, and caused the underwear to not fit snuggly and offer adequate protection from leaks and messes. While the product fit, the mesh on the sites needed to be wider (more inches from waist to leg opening) on the sides to fit well. Due to this, I don't think I would purchase more of these undergarments unless I had a hard-to-fit individual who needed some level of protection even if the fit wasn't ideal. I gave these three stars because they do fit on a larger body comfortably, but they did not protect against leaks due to a design flaw.

Pretty good, not uncomfortable!
I have never tried a product similar to this to compare it to, but I've often thought I'd like to. It was much more comfortable than I expected. I would buy this product again, and recommend it to a friend. It can help with preventing embarrassing leaks and take one less worry off of your mind!

I didn't have any leaks with this product. I didn't notice any odor. However they were not the most comfortable undergarment I have ever tried. They seem to bunch up. Also had an issue with them not wanting to stay up with the pants I was wearing. Maybe different pants would have helped the issue? I would be willing to try them again.

This was not comfy at all I thought they would be but I was so wrong. The elastic was rubbing into my skin and irritated it . Thank you for this opportunity.

I've tried Always protective underwears and I like Prevail they are more comfortable and the fit is perfect for my weight. I would definitely recommend these protective underwear to any of my family and friends. I felt so confident and comfortable and know they would love them just as much as I did.

My thoughts on the Prevail Maximum Protective Unerwear Unisex Size S/M is they're really conforming and moves with you making it very comfortable. I didn't sweat in these at all. I can't say that honestly about other Brands that I've tried! I recieved a free sample to try these out otherwise I may not have tried them. I highly recommend them!

Worked well on Absorbancy
I felt these worked well in terms of absorbency. I had no leakAge. They fit the way they should have by the sizing. I thought they were comfortable, by the end of the day they had loosened up a little bit and that was my only concern and why I did not give them five stars.

Too big & bulky for my needs..
I didn't like how these were made so big & bulky! I believe this would be a better fit for an elderly person whom cannot do much themselves & needs to be changed, because it could hold alot of pee I'm sure, but for what I need this didn't fit the bill! I wouldn't recommend this!

My mom used these Prevail maximum protective underwear because let's face it sometimes young or old you face issues. She said these were very comfortable and didn't rub wrong which is very important. Didn't leak at all and soaked up but didn't sag when used. Will definitely be using in the future when I need to get her more.

I did receive this free to review but all opinions are my own. I do suffer from slight incontinence after having a hysterectomy and I could say it works but I'm a larger girl 3 to 4X and even their largest size does not quite fit in my body well so I did have a little bit of issues with that but other than that it absorbed quite well especially at night but if you're on your feet all day moving around like I am it was like bunching in some areas I guess because it did not fit my waist area quite well

Works Well
These Prevail maximum protective underwear are soft and absorbent. It covered the area I needed it to and I had no issues with leakage or anything. My one complaint is that they are made more like bikinis in the back rather than briefs and it kept shifting a little in the back and it felt almost loose because of it. I still did not have any issues, it works well. So over all, these are great!
