  • A: NO, Not unless you "open" the Nespresso Verturo Capsule...and pour the contents into a My K-Cup Universal REUSABLE Filter ($8.9 But, that would be a lot of trouble and wouldn't be cost efficient! ;-D

  • A: Hi Gianna, thank you for your question. The caffeine content per brewed capsule for our Colombia is approximately between 130 to 200 mg. The variation in the amount of caffeine depends mainly on the green coffee. Robusta contains roughly twice as much caffeine as Arabica. Caffeine content is also determined by the amount of ground coffee in the capsule, the degree of roasting, and to a lesser extent, the coffee origin. There is no correlation between the assigned "intensity" and caffeine content.

    Watered down now!!

    These have been my favorite for about a year but these last two boxes I bought are so watered down! They’re no longer creamy and bold 😩 I hope they just had a bad batch and they didn’t switch something permanently. These are too expensive to be watered down.

    Bitter & Watery

    I was in urgent need of Nespresso pods so I bought these for convenience. I’ve only ever had Nespresso pods straight from the company website, so I’m rating it against my experience with other Nespresso pods. Don’t waste your money on the Starbucks collab. The Colombian was bitter and watery. Hardly can call this coffee. The Colombian from Nespresso is much smoother with more bold delicious taste. This has made my morning very sad!

    Quality issue

    What’s going on with these lately?! I’ve had to return 4 different Starbucks Nespresso pods package so far. What is going on with their quality? It was either watered down, lacking in taste and boldness, or just tasted old. I just bought the Colombian one again and it’s bad. Please look into this, Target!!

    Great but dented

    Great flavor and love that these are available at Target. Only downside is the packaging to this is flimsy so they all fell out the box in my package and some got squished (unusable for machine). Best to order them on their own or without big / heavy items in your order so that they come in tact. Target replaced my order since they came defective.

    They changed something recently

    These were my go-to pods for years. They were out at my local target so I opted for pikes pods. The flavor was weak and watered down. I figured it was just a bad batch. After purchasing the columbian pods twice they were lacking in flavor and tasted watered down. My husband also mentioned the flavor of the recent pods being “off”. It’s a bummer because I loved these pods. Will not purchase again.

    Great Taste and Foam Quality

    Columbia has always been one of my go-to whole bean roasts when I worked at Sbux and as a customer! I recently bought a Nespresso for my desk at work and it has been a great success! These pods are such a massive improvement from what my job has in their kitchen (K-cups and even Sbux ones). What a difference in quality and brewing technique. Having the foam on top really enhances the taste notes! Great for on the go folks like myself that need a quick brew between teaching classes, and the flavour is my absolute favourite from the Sbux line.
