Poor design.
Made well, but the rod supplied to put on and off the cover was too short unless your a 6ft 5" basketball player. Doesn't make sense to fold up a rod and put it in a pouch! The cover should have a built in rod. My old umbrella had one. There is a grommet hole and channel in the Nature Spring cover for a built in rod, the rod thickness you supplied did not fit in and would have been too short if it did. I was lucky because I re-used my old umbrella rod that fit in the grommet and slid it in the channel that was there, it stays in permanently, and it is easy to reach the top of the umbrella. Much better and fast to take the cover on and off. See photo rod in Nature Spring cover grommet with my old umbrella rod inside. Needs common sense design. Hope this helps.
