I received a wreath instead of the 3 mini trees I ordered. The only option to resolve the issue was to return the item through UPS or FedEx by printing a label (using my paper and ink), attach it to the box (using my tape) and taking it to the UPS store myself (using my gas). There wasn’t even an option to replace it with the items I actually ordered. So in the end I’ve had to spend money because of someone else’s error and I have nothing to show for it. The is completely unsatisfactory.
