Tried the free sample, I like to wear the ladies style. I find them both more comfortable and absorbent. I've tried the always ones and it says what it means,always leaks! Like the white ones but would love the color pink.

I ordered the XL, the same size I get in the sensitive care overnight. They were too big, and came up past my waist. I felt like I was putting on a paper sheet. Nothing stylish about it! The absorption was good, but the fit made it uncomfortable to wear under clothing. I don’t think getting a smaller size would help — the underwear is just not appealing. We who have to wear incontinent underwear do not want to feel like we’re wearing a huge diaper. This product makes me feel that way.

These are well made and hold up. I do not wear all the time, but I do not have to worry when I have these on. There is no reason to restrict activity when wearing them.

Most comfortable I've worn. Both the softness of the material and the fantastic wicking that occurs when wet make these underwear the best in the industry in my opinion. I actually tried 11 different brands in my journey, so have found a multitude of different options none as good as Tena.

For me, they are too short. They ride low enough thst thy dlide down my hips. They. Seem to absorb very well.

I had been using this product in L (large) size, but due to issues I had been experiencing with the side seam tearing prematurely I purchased these in XL. Unfortunately, I MUST be just over the L size as the XL seems too big and does not fit securely. I have just purchased packs of the Tena Pro-skin Ultra briefs. Getting used to them, but they do seem to fit better.

Not same size as overnight extra large women underwear. These were at least a size larger even though sizing on packing stated they were the same. I did like the feeling of these but unfortunately because I opened the package. I lost the money I spent and since I ordered a box of four packages this was an expensive mistake. Sizing should be uniform. I am so disappointed in this brand now. At one time they stood behind their name now they ignore you when you contact them.

My mother can't review because she has dementia. That's why she is now incontinent. But, as her caretaker I am giving them a "middle" rating. They are bulky and uncomfortable for her. She pulls at them and when she has an accident she succeeds in removing the absorbent material from the crotch, where all the little beads scatter over the floor and become slippery/hazardous. I think all protective underwear is the same, so Tena shouldn't take this personally..

Purchased for a friend who is on a nursing facility. The product provided by them is awful!

These are great they hold water well, the only issue I have is that they could be wider in crouch area to prevent leakage from the sides

Only they brand I prefer hard to find many places that sell them.

Fits better than all other brands I’ve tried. However It needs padding up the back.

The stylish underwear sizing has so dramatically changed; so very disappointing and disgusting. Padding Width is lessened, fabric stretch is minimal, size Large must now be replaced with XL. How unfair to change the product w/out notice!
