Wanted a different style wood burning outdoor fire place and was going to get one of the ceramic chimineas from a shop in town but I wanted to be able to move it around. The ceramic one weigh a lot so I settled for this one. What I got it for it is great, does it replace a chimineas, well maybe not. Did get a cover for it and it has held up fine. Wood size is smaller but manageable.

Not worth the money
Used it one time and rusting already. Fire was really hot protective coating came off and started rusting. I expected to be able to use it at least a year before any rust…

Already rusting after a month.
Good value for the low cost. But it's already rusting. The fire is fully exposed to any wind, rapidly burns through your wood, with incandescent ashes escaping through the mesh.

I would not recommend buying this. Smaller than you think and over priced for the size of it. I would recommend spending the same amount at a store and it being twice the size.

Great addition to the entertaining area
We really didn't want an open fire pit after just redoing the backyard entertaining area and I didn't want something that looked cheap but still was wood burning. This was a good compromise between the two. I loved the look of a chiminea versus a traditional rounded pit. This easily fits two logs and throws off some good warmth while we are sitting outside enjoying some quiet time. I also use it to burn papers with PHI and the grate keeps all the mess and fuss contained whether it's paper or wood being burned. It was really easy to put together. Not much to it and the instructions were clear enough to follow easily. We have absolutely used the top to heat a cast iron kettle of coffee just because lol. It worked well, fyi. It's held up to a couple months of use now and some iffy weather conditions and still looks good and solid. No holes or thin spots seen or any rust even after leaving it uncovered a couple weeks because we honestly forgot.

Beautiful addition to our relaxing space
This chiminea fit perfectly with our outdoor decor. It is very easy to assemble. I haven't yet had the opportunity to enjoy a fire in it, so I will have to update my review afterward. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is my 1st chimney and it is so cool! We have an absolute ton of leaves in our yard and this has been great for burning leaves. I like the cage design, it keeps the items I'm trying to burn contained. Thr chimney is relatively lightweight, weighing around 22lbs. It was quick and easy to assemble. The material is a Heavy-duty cast iron?and it feels sturdy. The chimney Dimension is : 20'' x 20'' x 43.5'' (L X W X H). It comes eith several accessories and can even be used for grilling food! Package Includes: 1 x Chimenea 2 x Charcoal Grid 1 x Chimney Mesh Cover 1 x Poker 1 x Cap I also like that I can grill or cook food on this chimnea. Overall, I'm pleased with both the design and quality. Very nice !

Love it
This fire pit is just the right size. it is easy to clean, burns well and sends smoke up and not into your eyes. I like that a LOT! Its sturdy and easy to load. Parts are simple and strong enough.
