Rapidly becoming one of my favorite oils, especially diffused with peppermint and a little lemon. This bottle also unfortunately leaked along with another one in my order, and I lost over a 1/4 of the bottle. I’ve never had essential oils leak like this when I’ve ordered from other businesses.

We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty with our new Child Resistant Caps. We are working to solve this problem. In the meantime, here are a few tips for first-time opening: Use a cloth or rubber bottle opener, firmly press down and turn. If that doesn't work, put a small amount of boiling water into the bottom of a mug, place the essential oil upside down into the hot water (just enough to cover and warm the lid, not the glass bottle), and try opening again.

This oil is amazing!! However the safety lid wouldn't come off with just one person... it took me and my husband to get that silly lid off. Now that the lid is off we can start using the oil!
