Good Product, Poor Shipping Practices

The product is as described, a convenient way to corral cosmetic sticks. It looks sturdy, but arrives in a form-fitted thin cardboard package with no padding. The first one I ordered was shatttered in one spot on the underside. You wouldn't see it once filled, but debris would eventually collect in the many tiny cracks. I returned that and ordered a second one, which arrived with a semicircular piece broken from the base. I gave up and kept this one, because who knows how badly damaged the one next would be? The manufacturer should use sturdier shipping materials to save everyone involved time and money. I am glad I ordered it from Target instead of a discount retailer, because the return process was simple.

Chipped but functional

Item was as described but packaging was horrible . Just some flimsy cardboard that had gotten a beating by the time it got to me so both were chipped or cracked. Since I’m using them to hold paint I will still keep them but for those needing them to be *aesthetic* on your vanity, watch out.
