I always drink my tea cold, and let it seep in my cold cup all day. If you let this seep too long, the chamomile will take over and too me it becomes over powering. However, I tried it again and didn't allow it to seep as long and it was a beautiful experience!!

I love mango but I'm not a huge chamomile fan. As an herbalist I know it has a lot of benefits so I gravitate towards tea with it knowing they will help me sleep. I don't love it made iced, but it's really really good hot! It's more of a mango tea with a hint of chamomile. So definitely don't let the chamomile deter you from trying it!

This is absolutely delicious, and true to form, acts as a mild sleep-inducing brew. I drink this about an hour before bed , then a minute or two after my head hits the pillow, I'm out! Amazing considering the very strange COVID world we live in.
