I purchased the item online and needed to return them and tried returning them at the store but they wouldn’t take them because they couldn’t find the item and I had the packaging papers that said it could be returned in store and I used my RedCard to purchase the item the store rep even saw the receipt and purchase on my card but said that they would not be able to take it back so I got stuck with something that I no longer needed.

Yes, it is soft and that’s about the only thing good I can say for it. I expect a pillow sham to hold some kind of shape; this was like a very thin sheet.

I bought these shams to "finish" off my guest bedroom. I had a couple of extra pillows that I wanted to cover to match the comforter. These are perfect! I washed them prior to putting them on the pillows and there was absolutely no fading. Perfect fit, too!

I bought these in gray to coordinate with my darker color neutrals, and I actually put them in the front (think pillow store here in our room - addicted to pillows and shams). They are SO SOFT. Easy insert through the parted seam in the middle, soft microfiber that feels good when you flop down for a nap - even thought you mean to use them decoratively :) The gray color is a white gray, squared corners. 100% microfiber polyester (no wrinkles) and wash up nicely. I would recommend these and would buy them again. Great price too.
