Q: Are all parts of the cup dishwasher safe (cup, lid, and straw)?

submitted by Lauren - 2 years ago

  • A: The item is not dishwasher safe, the writing on the bottom of the cup states hand wash only.

submitted byXpressmom - 2 years ago

  • A: Yes! All parts are dishwasher safe. For longevity, we suggest using low heat settings and placing your items on the top rack of the dishwasher. Intermittent handwashing and air drying will help preserve the life of any item though! You can also confirm dishwasher compatibility from the writing on the base.

Q: How long does it keep ice?

submitted by KK56 - 2 years ago

  • A: I haven’t ever intentionally kept track of how long ice lasts in this cup, but I feel like when I’ve added ice, it usually lasts the majority of the day - maybe like 8-10 hours? That’s an estimation, I’ve had the cup for about a year and I really like it!

    Horrible tumbler

Doesn't keep drinks cold at all. so disappointed the ice will literally melt within the hour. I've had this thing since August 20 and it hasn't changed. It's just as bad as it wasn't the first day.

    Recieved damaged

Received damaged. It was shipped in too small of a box so the straw was bent inside the box.

    Color is mixmatched!

I really love this cup but I would love it more if the correct cup was shipped. I received a black base and a green top. I wish it were as pictured.

I have bought this cup before from a different retailer and it is said dishwasher, safe and the bottom of the cup says dishwasher safe. The cup that I bought from target advertises online as dishwasher safe yet at the bottom of the cup says hand wash, only. Love the cup, but would buy from another retailer.

    cute but wet

I love the sleek design of this cup as a huge Mickey/Disney fan. Once I saw this in store, I knew I had to have it! My one major flaw with this is even though it is double walled, it still produces a lot of condensation. I'm glad that out of habit, I placed it on my coaster on my nightstand. Had I not, I would've been very unhappy if it would've ruined my new wood nightstand.

    10/10

I FINALLY got one of these(the 80s one) when the price went down. I’ll pay $20 for a cup, but not $40. This is my new favorite and I’m a huge fan of the fun colors!

Great cup! Only problem is eventually it will get discolored and absorb oil and dirt and no amount of scrubbing gets it off

    BEST CUP!!!

This is the best cup in the world!!!! It's actually spill proof!!! I'm surprised every time my toddler knocks it over and no water comes out. My first big cup was the other brand and boy did it leak! Plus, my ice stays frozen for at least 12 hours. It hasn't had a chance to last longer because I'm an ice cruncher ( please don't tell my dentist). I love the color and the straw is also toddler chew proof (Mama's water is always better for some reason 😅). As a pregnant lady who needs to keep up with her water this is the best treat I've bought for myself. Hands down!

Great for the first 5 months

I bought this cup when I was in Honolulu this past January. It was a savior to keep beverages cool out by the pool and on the beach. Brought it home, and it was great for a while… But has slowly lost its ability to keep ice and beverages cold. I’m assuming what is happening is as I use the straw it is loosening up that gasket and that explains why everything is melting faster. Then again, I am not a cold cup engineer, so maybe there’s another reason? My Hydroflask can keep things cold - including ice - for well over 24 hours. So next year, for my warm weather vacation, I will likely not bring this cup and bring one of my tried and true / know it’ll keep bevie’s cold thermal cup. It’s a bummer, because I love the color and the size of this cup.

Doesnt keep ice frozen like other tumblers

I typically buy Reduce brand tumblers and they keep your ice frozen for days. I needed one that better fit in car cupholder so tried this brand. The ice did not stay frozen. It was melted in just a few hours. Even a tumbler that was no name brand I got for a few bucks at a craft store worked way better. Total failure for literally the purpose of the cup. I bought 2 as gifts and now feel bad I gave them a crappy cup. Back to reduce brand they are way better for cold drinks. This was not worth the cost at all
