decent shampoo

i actually like this shampoo, i’ve had it for a while but i never tried it until now. i have slightly wavy hair that gets frizzy sometimes. it lathers really nicely and my hair feels clean and i personally like the scent a lot! i think it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a new shampoo.

Defected pump

I haven’t tried the shampoo yet but the same problem exist with the pump. It is stuck and you can’t get it pop up so you can pump the shampoo out of the container. So, I can still use it by unscrewing the top, but what is the point in it coming in this type of container. I would rather have the same type of container as body was where you pop the top open and pour it out through the small hole.

Great Product - terrible pump/packaging

Love love love this shampoo & conditioner, the product itself 10/10. But you guys NEED to get packaging that mirrors the quality of the product. 9 times out of 10 when I buy a new bottle of your shampoo or conditioner, the pump won’t pop up no matter which way you turn it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve almost stopped using this product simply because of how often this occurs.

It’s okay, not for deep cleansing

I have 4c hair and use a lot of product in it during the week, this shampoo unfortunately didn’t feel cleansing enough for my hair, and I needed a couple washes for it to feel clean. This product could probably work better for me on weeks where I’m using less product in my hair.

I bought this shampoo once, changed shampoos, and had to come back to it. When I use it, I feel like it actually cleans. It leaves my hair less oily (I struggle with this) than with other shampoos. I do have to use a good number of pumps, but it works really well for me. The scent is not overpowering, but light. My only complaint is I have struggled to get the pump out upon initial purchase. I’ve really had to man-handle it. It should be easier.

Love this scent

Broken cap, strong smell, alot of hair fell out

First the cap didn't work so I tried pouring it and lost a lot of product. The smell isn't necessarily bad (just meh no trace of vanilla) but it's too strong and I don't know if the fragrance is natural or synthetic. If the scent is synthetic I think it's unethical to claim they are clean since fragrance can be a toxin. I am sensitive to smell but this fragrance made me feel nauseous and irritated my sinuses. Didn't work as claimed there was no volume and while I didn't lose hair while shampooing after I combed my hair A TON of hairs fell out.
