    Horrible product. First of all the pump wouldn’t unscrew so I exchanged it. Then when I used it the result was lifeless, brittle hair. No volume at all. Now I’m stuck with this shampoo and the conditioner (which did nothing to help my hair either.)

    The nozzle was so hard to open, that I had to get pliers to loosen the cap. Annoying. Secondly, after using this product, I noticed A TON of hair loss. My hair would get so tangled while washing, and a lot of hair was coming out whenver I'd run my fingers through my hair and while brushing. Honestly it was a concerning amount that was falling out. Definitely not worth the price for reaction and quality.

    Why does it feel like conditioner

    I have been using this shampoo for about a month and I don’t understand what is going on. It says it’s for fine oily hair and it’s volumizing but for me my hair feels like I washed in conditioner. After it drys my hair feels heavy and oily I tried shampooing multiple times to make sure I wasn’t leaving any dirt or oil behind and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed. Even in the shower I can feel a conditioner like soft that just won’t rinse out.

    Pair cucumber mint + vanilla and cactus flower

    I purchased a few different scents to try. I was experimenting in the shower. By themselves they don't smell great but when I paired cucumber mint + vanilla and cactus flower it smells REALLY GOOD. Native should marry these scents and pair them together ❤️ The berries and vanilla cream did not smell good with these two. I would not pair that one if you're experimenting. But if it smelled a little bit more like dessert I'd buy. All the shampoos lather really nice and I like that it's a pump. But check your bottles before you buy, cause I read a previous review which helped me. One of my bottles didn't open, too. I had to return it.

    decent shampoo

    i actually like this shampoo, i’ve had it for a while but i never tried it until now. i have slightly wavy hair that gets frizzy sometimes. it lathers really nicely and my hair feels clean and i personally like the scent a lot! i think it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a new shampoo.

    Defected pump

    I haven’t tried the shampoo yet but the same problem exist with the pump. It is stuck and you can’t get it pop up so you can pump the shampoo out of the container. So, I can still use it by unscrewing the top, but what is the point in it coming in this type of container. I would rather have the same type of container as body was where you pop the top open and pour it out through the small hole.

    Great Product - terrible pump/packaging

    Love love love this shampoo & conditioner, the product itself 10/10. But you guys NEED to get packaging that mirrors the quality of the product. 9 times out of 10 when I buy a new bottle of your shampoo or conditioner, the pump won’t pop up no matter which way you turn it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve almost stopped using this product simply because of how often this occurs.
