Terrible, doesn't last.

Pool was great when we first bought it last year, besides some leaking around the pump that we just dealt with. We had take. It down for winter and stored it appropriately. We just set it back up for this Summer and the pump no longer works and there are 3 holes in the liner that spits out a constant stream of water. I called funsicle and they told me “we didn’t sell to Target last year” I had to send them proof that I did buy it from Target and then they proceeded to “trouble shoot” the pump by telling me to unplug it and plug it back in. Yes, I tried that already multiple times before calling. I was then told I can go on their website and buy a new pump part for $50. They wont replace anything because it is 3 months over the one year warranty. The whole thing is junk, I am not going to spend more money on another pump when there are already 3 holes in the liner. What a rip off. Glad I got it on sale but no wonder why it was cheap.

Lack of accountability

d of money back for it. They said they could not resend item but I could purchase it again. They did not show any empathy for the fact that I was upset and frustrated for having taken day waiting all day for delivery. Their appeasement was a 25 dollar gift card aside from the purchase I made for almost 200 in a gift card as well. I am beyond disappointed. Now I am stuck with having to purchase pool again from them at a higher price and wasting more time waiting for it to possibly be delivered. This is photo of "pool" that got delivered from FedEx who they hired and here is the kicker one of them still questioned if FedEx does that a lot in my area. Didn't take accountability for who they hire to make delivery instead tried blaming in on the area aka me. Baffled at the audacity.

Fav pool purchase

Hands down my favorite pool I’ve ever purchased for my kids. The 12’ was more than enough room for my three littles. It took me 30 min to set up and is very sturdy. Highly recommend it. Especially for the price point.
