Yummy to a midwesterner
Delicious! Sauce is runny, might add peanut butter next time, but there was enough to comfortably coat the noodles. Lots of flavor. Hints of fish sauce but not overwhelming at all (and I don’t like fish). Light spicy after-burn. Liked the bouncy noodle texture as well. Definitely expensive but fun to mix things up.

Delish with added protein and veggies!
Not sure why some negative reviews, I loved this and so did my husband! We had with a teriyaki tofu and veggies. Super filling and honestly not that many calories and not crazy high in sodium like some packaged noodles are. Would recommend and am buying again!

Addictive Noodles
These are Delicious! Although I pour the sauce into a kitten and i add about a 1/4 cup of sugar and a scoop of peanut butter to it, and mix it up. This add body and thickness to the sauce and much needed sweetness. (It’s very acidic) use the sweetener of your choice. Then when the noodles are done cooking, save a bit of their cooking liquid and reserve. Drain the noodles and add them to your doctored up sauce. Mix well with chopped sticks, so you don’t break the beautiful long noodles. Then add a squeeze of fresh lime, for flavor, and some chopped cilantro. I also added chopped peanuts. After this, these are these best noodles you will ever make at home. Hope you try this! Fyi…you can trust me. I am a trained professional Chef.

I love Thai food and was optimistic about this purchase. In reality, this product is glorified ramen for almost $5 a box. The two ladies who sell this are "BIPOC" and their mission was to expand Asian section of grocery store ...how? By selling more boxed totally unhealthy flavored noodles? Way overpriced and not expanding on any Asian food education. The flavor left a bad after taste in my mouth for an entire day. Way too much sodium will give you kidney disease.

Very bland and dry. I was expecting a lot more flavor but it's just really fancy packaging that catches your eye on the shelf. You could maybe jazz the noodles up with your own extra ingredients but on its own it's not worth it.

Sauce is great, noodles are great, but for something pitched as "saucy noodles," even after squeezing out every drop I could from the sauce packet and stirring carefully, some noodles didn't really have any sauce. Still ended up pretty good, but not "saucy" and overall a little bit disappointing.

Yummy noodles!
These noodles are amazing!!! So easy to heat up. Sauce is so flavorful and better than take out where I live. I love mixing in leftover proteins to make it a little more filling, but it’s plenty on its own
