The first time you start to chew these gummies it's like a burst of vitamin c (lemon) & honey explosion in your mouth. Absolutely delicious tasting & the texture is perfect - not too hard or soft. The only thing is they do recommend 3x a day w/ a meal - and sometimes that's unrealistic for me unless I carry them everywhere - but I felt a little boost even on the days I could only take 1.

Not as gummy as some of the other Natural’s Truth Gummies. The manuka honey and zinc was a great boost to my immune system.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved everything about this product. The taste truly reminded you true lemon and honey but not better. When I got sick as a kid, my mom would give me lemon and honey medicine and it would not taste appealing. These vitamins tasted really good and were easy to consume. Taking them early in the morning helped energize me for a long day ahead of of me. This product boosted my immune system. I would definitely recommend this product and would purchase these vitamins. The natural flavors and non GMO nature of this product is superior to other immune support medicines or products.

I’m not saying it did the trick, but *personally* I think it helped. I will absolutely continue to take these. If it matters, they are more of a fruit snack texture than a gummy bear texture. My only issue is that it could use less sugar.

But being realistic, I am not going to eat multiple gummies with or directly after a meal. I prefer pills. Also after a few weeks of use I don't feel like they did anything.
