Truly awful
I've used the smooth infusion styling crËme for years but as it was discontinued I bought this instead. It went on ok but after styling and drying my hair it felt oddly soft and fluffy, not a great look. By the time my hair was dry it looked like candy floss! Truly terrible. It also felt dull, lifeless and like I wanted to wash it again. Please please bring back the original formula, it was an icon!

Awful
I eventually got round to trying this after using up the wonderful Glossing Straightener, which I had stocked up on, knowing it was being discontinued (shame!). My hairdresser told me she didn't like Perfectly Sleek very much, and she was right - it doesn't rub smoothly onto the hair, and as another reviewer has said, it leaves your hair feeling like it needs washing. I am not even bothering to use it up - I will switch to another product. A waste of money, I'm afraid.

Disappointing!
I bought this product as a replacement for the smooth infusions nourishing styling crËme which has unfortunately been discontinued. This new product is nothing like it and leaves a sticky residue, making my hair feels like it needs washing.

Absolute Rubbish
Awful product 0 stars, this was recommended to me by a aveda as a replacement for the glossing straightener (discontinued for some reason) and it doesn't compare in the slightest. Makes hair feel heavy and hard to comb. Save your money.

This is not the product it was! Previously it was a smooth, creamy product with a lovely scent which did the job perfectly. The new formula is unpleasant to use, and made my hair sticky. I won't be buying it again.

Helps with using less heat! Amazing :)
I have curly/wavey thick hair. I paired this product with my Aveda Sap moss shampoo and conditioner after washing and was amazed at how the cream smoothed down the usual fly aways I usually have and how much less heat I had to use to achieve my look. The only issue was it doesn't indicate how much of the product should be used and so I think initially might have used too much.

I have blonde (highlighted) naturally curly frizzy hair that i blow dry straight and this product smooths out the frizz when i blow dry, smells lovely and leaves my hair smooth and soft - want to try the blow dry spray now also

Love the results!
This has left my hair feeling so smooth after I blow dry! My hair is naturally really curly and frizzy/dry from all the heat and colour damage (used to bleach blonde, now back to brunette but hair is still coloured) but this has left my hair feeling smooth and conditioned without that sticky feeling that can be felt with some other products like this I've used. My only small dislike is the smell, but once I've blow dried my hair I can't smell it at all.

Def reduces Frizz in my curls
I use a number of Aveda products and was keen to try this. The usage directions don't indicate how much of the product should be used and so upon first use I probably used too much on my short, curly hair. Paired with my other Aveda styling products there was definitely a reduction in frizz and great definition in my curls however, my curls were heavy and lacked bounce and volume. The next wash day I used less product and this worked for my hair a lot better. I have medium textured, short, curly hair.

MUST TRY FOR ANYONE USING A HAIR DRYER
Amazing product that makes hair smell amazing and super smooth. A huge bonus is that it is heat protecting so works super well for a smooth finish when hair drying. Did not weight hair down too much, but in fact have volume, bounce and shine. Don`t need much at all.

Does exactly what it says on the bottle!
I have frizzy curly hair. I followed the instructions and put through my damp curls before blow drying my hair and then straightening with a flat iron. I could tell from just the blow dry that my hair was less fly away and while straightening it was much sleeker and made the process way easier than usual. I will be using this and recommending it to anyone who wants a sleeker finish. It also smelt subtle, but lovely!

I really enjoyed using this product, it worked instantly when blow drying my thick 4C hair and there was no frizz, which is very rare for me. It made my hair feel so smooth! Love it and will buy again!

Great for doing a Silk Press at home
I used this product for my blow dry and flat iron on washday and the results were amazing, I have type 3-4 hair and this creme got my hair silky smooth but still lightweight, a little goes a long way.
