Beautiful, well-made chair... but GREY is much darker than shown
Gorgeous chair, but I was hoping for a lighter, silver grey and when it arrived it was significantly darker than shown. A friend who saw it when it arrived thought it was a very stylish chair. However, it's more like a charcoal color no matter what light I looked at it in. Wanted to share because I know it's annoying to return furniture, but we want what we expect. Also, I'm not sure why the other review had the issue they did, but my return was easy and prompt. As soon as FedEx picked it up, I received my return notification immediately. And the only reason I returned was I needed a lighter grey.

The worst experience
I purchased two of these swivel chairs. They cost me more than $1,200. I tried to cancel the order a month before it arrived and had to keep calling target. They sent me the item. Target came the next day to pick up the unopened boxes and returned them to their facility. I was then sent a letter saying they would not issue me a refund. I now have no chairs and I am out the money. I called Target again to ask what happened and they said they would escalate the issue and get back to me in a few days. I haven't heard back. I have never had an experience like this from such a reputable company like Target.
