    Opened box sold as new.

    The box was previously opened. Toy seems to be okay, and all parts seem to be present, but it's not a brand new when box has a clear sign of opening. This should be monitored by people who pack the order. If it was a gift for someone else I'd absolutely return it, because it's not nice to gift like this. The doll itself is good quality. The only thing is hair, very "sparse hair." It could be done better.

    This doll is cute, but I don’t understand why he has lines across the front of his head. It’s a little scary for my grandchildren, when they are brushing his hair. Also, he has plastic pieces sticking up in the middle of his head, where they attached his hat. That is hazardous for small children.

    My son loves his Milo! We hadn’t intended to buy the doll, but he pointed to it and squealed, so Milo came home with us. Soft and huggable, with a friendly face.

    He’s cute and the accessories are great

    My daughter loves him! This is her first boy doll and she loves all the stuff that came with him. I do think the surface of his drink looks weird but that’s a me thing. Also she had me cut the attachment off his hat and now it has a hard time staying on but overall she likes him.

    My son's new best friend!

    My son is really enjoying Milo! He did get frustrated that Milo isn't designed. To hold anything. I'll need to figure out how to get him to hold at least his cup. Other than that, he is great!
