I was struggling with sipping from the straw. it was work to get the liquid out and when I did it made a noise like was air was not coming through. didnt work out for me.

I expected more from Owala but now Ive learned about their quality standards
I thought the design idea was clever so I got one and when I got home I realized it doesn’t sit flat on any flat surface- it wobbles back and forth and feels unstable. I reached out to customer service and sent them a video and they responded to tell me it’s normal for it to do this. So be warned. I expected more from Owala. It doesn’t look dented and has no signs of being dropped. I’ll be returning this $30 piece of junk to the store.
