Too wrinkled

I saw a reply to the question - how to get the wrinkles out but it doesn't work. I'll be returning this.

Hello and thank you for your feedback! We understand your concerns regarding the wrinkles in the Camile Vinyl Tablecloth. You can try to remove the wrinkles from your vinyl tablecloth by steaming the back side of the vinyl (the polyester flannel side). To do this, place a towel over the flannel side to protect it from the heat, then carefully steam the area. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any additional questions or concerns.
