May have been a little too strong for my sensitive skin. It made me breakout.

I bought this after reading all the reviews of it helping with cystic nodules. Im on day 3, using it twice a day on a new nodule. Nothing happened. The nodule is still large, red, inflamed, and painful. It has not made it smaller or less red or any better. For reference, I'm a female, age 38, white skin.

Product has been a life saver but I want to warn others about the bottle like a previous review mentioned. Its extremely sharp, the bottle I opened up tonight sliced my thumb and index finger. Be careful!!

This spot treatment is fantastic for those deep cyxstic breakouts I get every month like clockwork. A little dab with a qtip and a pimple patch and its gone in a matter of days. However I am knocking off a star for the packaging. The bottom edge of the metal lid was unbelievably sharp right out of the box and sliced my finger open when I opened it. Also a dropper or squeeze/pump bottle would definitely be more sanitary.

Disappointed, had high hopes for this product but it made no difference on my acne. Too expensive a product. I used the entire bottle and stuck to the regiment to still be struggling with acne.

works for all my reoccuring pimples even my deep cystic acne. definately a holy grail for days pimples just pop up

For how expensive this is didnt do anything for my skin. Wish i coukd return for a refund.

First off im a 62 year old woman. I got an enzyme peel and facial recently and my skin did the worst purge afterwards. Deep painful cystic acne on my chin. I was desperate because i never break out. I used this and by the next morning it was 80% better, by the next day i woke up and it was flat, pain was gone. This stuff is absolutely amazing. Worth every penny

I started using this product in January after seeing recommendations online. I have very acne prone, dry skin - salicylic acid products can be drying, but this spot treatment has not dried my skin out at all! I use it morning and night on my problem areas and follow with a thick moisturizer. Consistency is key with this! Results might not show after only a few applications. My skin shows the best results with consistent, twice daily use. My acne has gotten so much more manageable and clears faster. I've been using this product for about 6 months and would highly recommend!

I usually don't care to post reviews but after a week of using this product, I had to hop on here and share my experience. I have unfortunately been dealing with acne and not just the little pimples but cystic acne that's super painful and it seems to be popping up more and more. I usually treat it with benzoyl peroxide but I feel like that wasn't working enough for me anymore. I gave this product a chance and it was also recommended to me by my peers and instantly after the first use, it dramatically calmed down my skin and the painful cystic acne was completely healed. It wasn't bumpy or filled with pus or painful anymore! I was so shocked that it is actually so effective like it said it would. Absolutlely loving this product so far and if you have the same issue, I'd suggest you give this product a chance.

ive always dealt with hormonal acne that never seemed to go away… until i started consistently using this product. i like to put it on top of mositurizer since it does get a little drying, and it works wonders for my acne. but, consistency is very important, if i dont use it for a few days i do notice it will come back.

I rarely write reviews but this stuff lives up to the hype. I was dealing with some bad hormonal acne after I had a baby and a bad reaction to my IUD. I had stubborn spots on my chin that wouldn’t go away for 2 months. I caved and bought this and the spots are finally starting to shrink and disappear! 10/10 recommend!

I purchased because i kept seeing ads for this and wanted to see if the hype was real. I have combo skin and have been told by many I have great skin yadda yadda. BUT I had these same few zits on my lower cheek, on my nose, and upper cheek that kept coming back and had caused scaring. So I bought it and tried it. HOLY MOLY did it help! not only that it also cleared up some skin discoloration that I thought had just been freckles. It also purge some acne so when you use it know that in the beginning it's just pulling up deeper stuff and it's not actually giving you acne. It's chemically exfoliating the skin and so what you're seeing is that acne that hasn't shown up yet. Anyway I don't write reviews often but this one DESERVED it. My skin has never been clearer and happy!

I tried it for several weeks and I broke out way more than I normally do. Plus it made older blemishes more noticable. Pretty much the opposite of what it should do. Very disappointed I paid for this.

Its a beautiful product which i could not wait to be reshipped, to start. Even expired it still helped my horrendous horomonal acne in one week, its helped me regain my confidence and i will be contacting ulta still for a replacement bottle of non expired product.
