The COSRX Master Patch Set includes a variety of hydrocolloid patches that absorb oil and extract impurities while creating a barrier that protects compromised skin against outside irritants. For day and night blemish care, COSRX Master Patch Set includes both the Master Patch (Original) and Clear Fit Master Patch to keep breakouts covered!

    Beware - Empty Box

    Overpriced & ineffective

    These used to be great which is why i didn’t mind paying a little extra for them again, but they just don’t work like they used to. On top of being ineffective, out of the 90 patches in the set, only 18 are the “clear fit” invisible ones which i find to be a little more effective than the “original fit” that you get 72 of. It’s also super inconvenient that only the “clear fit” have the perforated backing sheet. The original fit are on solid backing sheets so getting them off the sheet is such a pain and you end up with an edge that won’t stick. Just not worth the price at all. The Curology ones are half the price and work so much better than these idk why i didn’t stick with those in the first place (no pun intended)

    Empty Box

    I was really looking forward to these because I've been getting breakouts on my legs recently and wanted to get a high count box of patches ~ when I got home I realized I payed $20 for an empty box and had no way of proving that to the store 🙃 I saw another review saying that their box had less than it should of. So if you're picking this item, or something similar, up double check that they're all there!!

    I have a mix of pimples and cystic acne and I’ve tried a few different brands but these patches have worked the best so far. They take all of the gunk out without hurting.

    They didnt work.

    I have use them multiple times and they don’t work. They do stick to your pimples but that’s all. They don’t help take away pimples like mighty patches do.

    Stick with Hero :(

    They’re basically just stickers. I peel the patch off several hours (appropriate time) later and it comes off like a sticker, while the whitehead/pus is still on my face. I’ll go back to Hero moving forward. Sadly bc these were more economical. Sorry for gross image but just to show you what this morning’s was like when I woke up. Put it on right before bed. What’s on my nail is what I scraped off my face after I peeled the sticker off.

    Zits be gone

    I use these daily and I cannot live without them. 90 count at a really great price! They are great for flattening whiteheads, healing open wound, or drawing out the inflammation of a popped pimple and even helping bring the core of a black head or hidden pimple to the surface. On a bad night, I might need 8 or more for a combination of the reasons above and I know that I will guaranteed wake up in a better situation. This product gives me confidence that my blemishes will heal and be protected. I buy these over and over again happily!

    I have always had bad acne since high school and was skeptical about these patches but they really do work.
