MONDAY Original Dry Shampoo - 6.7 fl oz

I actually really like this product. What I don’t like is Target’s packaging and shipping. This can was busted and had sprayed everywhere and on everything that was included in the shipping box. When I went to try and get a refund or exchange it as damaged, Target app states it’s not eligible for refunds. Which makes me think this is something that happens regularly. So now I am out $10 and all my other items have dry shampoo dried on them.

The smell was fine. Out of all the different dry shampoos I’ve tried this one is probably the worst. My hair felt ok for a few minutes after putting it in and then it went right back to completely oily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Monday Haircare Original Dry Shampoo, I was genuinely impressed by how effortlessly it absorbed excess oil from my roots without leaving behind any chalky residue, giving my hair a refreshed, clean feeling and added volume that made it look like I had just washed it,even though I hadn’t,while the lightweight formula, subtle fragrance, and invisible finish made it perfect for those in-between wash days when I needed my hair to feel and look fresh without the hassle of a full wash, leaving me pleasantly surprised and definitely reaching for it again. Love the pink packaging, its appealing and its easy to carry around . Sleek design with effective performance.

This dry shampoo has been a miracle for me. It has a lovely scent, is easy to use, and comes in a lovely pastel colour bottle. I like to use it every other night before bed, and when I wake up, there’s no white residue, and my hair looks and feels fresh! It also smells amazing! I can’t recommend this enough – it’s a must-buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a brilliant product to spruce hair up between washes. It smells gorgeous and leaves hair grease-free. You do have to brush it out but it leaves hair looking fresh and clean.

It doesn't refresh my hair as well as other brands and it's more like hair spray. It's sticky when applied and makes my hair tangled. I was trying to find a cheaper option...this isn't it.

I sort of find the white hard to read on the shade of pink though! Scent: 6/10 I am personally not a fan of the scent. It's very powdery and has a hint of floral. It does linger for a while so it is long lasting. Not much to say. Could be a hit or miss but it's entirely on preference. Performance & Oil Control: 7/10 Absorbs oil pretty quickly and gives hair a refreshed look without too much buildup. That said, you do need to massage/brush it in well, especially if you have medium to dark hair, or you’ll get a faint white haze. It’s not chalky, just very fine. Adds a little volume at the roots, but nothing dramatic. Texture & Feel: The powder is lightweight and doesn’t make my hair feel gritty or stiff which is a huge plus. It doesn’t leave a sticky film like some drugstore dry shampoos. However, after 6+ hours, I start to feel like I want to wash my hair anyway. It’s more of a temporary refresh than a full reset. Scalp Friendliness: 8/10 There isn't any noticable itching, flakes, or no weird residue buildup. But if you’re super sensitive, maybe patch test first. It has alcohol and fragrance like most dry shampoos. Overall Rating: 7/10 • Pros: Aesthetic packaging, nice scent, lightweight feel, decent oil absorption • Cons: Not the strongest oil control, can leave a white cast, nozzle sprays heavily It’s cute, long lasting, and works fine, just don’t expect miracles. It does spray on quite dry and white at first, but with a bit of massaging, it blends in well and leaves hair looking refreshed and clean. It has a fine, lightweight mist that doesn’t feel heavy or gritty. It’s especially effective when applied before bed and left to work overnight, by morning any excess oil is absorbed, and hair has noticeable volume and freshness. The packaging is really pretty and looks great on the shelf, making it a nice addition to your haircare lineup. I have since bought this brand again trying it specifically for brunette.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that MONDAY original dry shampoo is a pretty good option for those in-between hair wash days. It definitely does work to keep hair looking clean, which is exactly what I need when I'm trying to stretch out my washes. The dry shampoo smells nice, which is a big plus. However, I have noticed it sometimes leaves white marks on my hair. These aren't too difficult to deal with, as a good brush gets rid of them.

I have fairly oily hair (also dark) so I use dry shampoo on trips when I don't have time to wash my hair and oh my gosh was this stuff great. I don't like to use dry shampoo much because it always makes my head itchy, but this stuff made my hair look so fresh, but never bothered my scalp! It's such a great product for this price too. It's my go-to now!

Really transforms your hair and makes it seem fresh and like it’s just washed. Hair stays soft. The scent is a bit strong so be cautious, but the overall spray is strong and gets the job done.
