Stiff- plasticky- too wide
It's stiff... it's more like plastic than prior "fabric" liners from target. It doesn't hang nicely . It's a shame because I have been really happy with the same target "fabric" liners before. Replaced with a nice soft one from another store. Also- as others mentioned- it's too wide and sticks out past the shower curtain. Waste of money for me.

Make sure you maintenance your curtain!
I had the same shower curtain for 1+ year and needed to buy a new one because of yellow/orange staining. I don’t have hard water, but not washing it frequently got the better of me and no amount of bleaching helped lol. So I threw it away and bought a new one! I now maintenance it snd wash it in a sanitary cycle strongly each month to keep it bright white! Still beats a plastic one tho

The dimensions don’t even match the size of the shower curtain. It shows above the curtain and on the sides. Not esthetic and sorely disappointing

If you're looking for a faric liner, it's not.
I’m disappointed that it’s plastic and not fabric. I’m not washing and drying a plastic liner. The whole point in buying “fabric” is to avoid the plastic ones and I feel like the title should remove the word “fabric” in case someone else is looking for the plastic alternative. Looks and feels like the plastic ones.
