Very nice

This is a very nice air conditioner. It works very well. We are using it in a camper and it cools it down quite nicely. Never having used a portable unit, it was a learning process as some of the directions were not real clear. We knew what needed to be done, just not quite how to go about doing it. We got there and are pleased with how it is working now.

Seems like a nice way to cool off. It comes with the window attachment which is great if you're looking to properly assemble and install this Otherwise it's a standard portable air conditioner. Good for a small room I think at 10000 btus. Always good to have incase your room gets hot I think

Best purchase in a long time!

Compact stand up unit that gets the rooms nice and cold in a short amount of time. Little noise which is understandable and always check the hose because if it isn\'t in the right position it will affect how cold the air blows. Easy to use panel and remote.

Not as advertised!!! Better be handy!

CONS: Advertised as a 3-in-1 unit leading everyone to believe that it cools, dehumidifies and moves plenty of air all at the same time. It does NOT. It does each mode separately. It remains unclear if the dehumidifier can be set to a specific level or if it just DOES. I had to cut the plastic on the window kit to vent the unit outside to fit my window. It was either too short or too long otherwise - and I have a very standard sized window. It is thick plastic and unless you have some tools - like a cut off wheel or saw, good luck. Then because the window piece is so narrow the piece would not form a good fit on my window, the adapter to the window kit is what rests on the lip of my window, not the kit itself. I now have to get some wood or something to make it fit properly, it\'s taped in place for now. PROS: It PUSHES SOME FRIGGIN AIR! Other than all the negatives I listed; I\'ll be very happy with this unit. I was unsure if a 10,000 BTU would be able to work in the area I needed it to plug into, but it does just great, this is because it runs on 6000 BTUs but can produce the same effect as 10,000 (Another bad ad feature) - The water collected from dehumidifying can produce even better efficiency as when in cooling mode it will circulate it around the condenser I suppose. I\'m rather happy with it, but not impressed with the amount of jury rigging that was needed to make it work when it shouldn\'t have taken any.

Our air conditioner died and flooded the living room. I am very thankful for Costway and the NEW A/C unit. I searched high and low trying to find a portable unit to replace the failed one and you had it. The ordering process was super simple and the website was very user friendly. The unit arrived supremely packed with all parts intact. Setting it up was a breeze and now we have air again. It actually got here rather quickly. The unit is operating well and has all of the functions that were in the description. We really appreciate the child safety lock function as we have a very inquisitive 2 year old grandson that lives with us. The unit runs efficiently and quietly. Thank you Costway and Klarna for helping us be able to cool down during the heat spell.
