Looks good online, not so much when received. It appears to be made of plastic bags material shredded for the raffia effect, which doesn’t make it a solid material for breezy conditions. It is charming for a theme party though, something that won’t be used frequently.

This is a good umbrella.

I was a little nervous because I wanted a thatched umbrella that wouldn't fall apart, and there were a lot of inconclusive reviews for that type of umbrella. This is great! It's very sturdy, easy to use and looks perfect in our beach-themed backyard. Highly recommend!

Plastic bag umbrella

I decided to return this and just spend more money so I didn't have an umbrella made from plastic bag material. You get what you pay for with this one.
