Love the color, love the look of the design. I did have some difficulty at first finding the right style so the pin would stay in. I would have liked it it came with recommended styles. Lighter weight than expected, and unfortunately slips out if not placed perfectly.

My hair is thick and about medium length, this did not hold my hair up

I like this. It’s cute, comfortable and holds. I have coarse hair but not much left after kids.

Nice hair pin. Takes some time to master technique for your hair but overall a good one. I saw some for twice the price and also plastic ones but this one is good for me. YouTube has good tutorials for how to do it.

It is a very pretty hair pin. But unfortunately it just slips out of my hair.

Nice quality pin for the price, it has a sleek look to it. I was very excited to try this as I have long, thick, straight, slippery hair that is hard to manage at times. Watched a lot of French pin tutorials on TikTok and thought it would be easy… wrong. It takes a lot of trial and error. But, just like anything worth doing in life, it takes practice. It is possible to get it, it just takes a lot of tries and trying different methods to know what works for your hair in particular. I was almost going to return it but I’m glad I didn’t and persevered instead! It looks really nice once you get the hang of it!

I have slightly beach wavy, fine, thin, dry hair and I can never get these things to stay in! I was finally able to get a bun to last for several hours with this bad boy. I was worried that this would be too heavy for my hair but it turns out thats exactly what I needed. The weight of the metal helps hold the shape of the style unlike the cheaper, more bendy plastic ones. I think the matte finish also adds to the grip of it. I love it and use it almost every day now and I can't wait to get better at using them!

I ordered the gold hair clip and was surprised with the quality. My hair is thin, but the clip stays in and looks great!

Love this pin. I have fine, very straight hair and like to put my hair up. I am very sick of clips and hair ties as they hurt my head and I always end up with a headache. This works, you just need to watch YouTube. I had no idea what I was doing and literally one YouTube vid later it looks so lovely and holds my hair together whether damp or dry. Also love the matte finish as it just looks expensive and very subtle and nice. Great quality.

Absolutely awful. I’ve tried so many combinations and nothing worked to keep my hair up. It slides right off! Not for fine & smooth, straight hair for sure.

This is the first hair pin I have purchased. I wanted something simple, yet pretty, to pull my hair back for a wedding. I watched a couple short videos on YouTube to understand how to use it. Naturally, my hair is straight and fine and most of my hair fell out of the pin. When I used texture spray and hairspray in my hair to style it for the wedding, the pin stayed in place the entire night.

I love the idea of this pin so much, but my hair is so thick that it bent the prongs out of shape. I would recommend this to someone with thinner hair, but if it’s thick you might want to try something more sturdy.

I love to have my hair pulled back, but don’t want to use bands, as they pull too tight. This pin provides an elegant and easy solution. I have fine, shoulder-length hair, so the pin doesn’t want to stay in if my hair is freshly washed. If I use a dry shampoo or a texture spray of some kind, it holds pretty well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was great for quick twists and buns to keep my hair out of my eyes on off my neck. The pin itself was nice and strong and had a good weight and grip. The paint/coating on the pin didn't hold up well. It wore off in some places, I'm assuming from hair products, and chipped off in others after going in my makeup bag.
