Although this feather bed topper looks nice, appears well made, it does not provide any support to your body. After fluffing it up to maximize the volume, as you lay down on it, the topper bottoms out underneath your back, hips, bum etc. This makes it difficult to turn on your side in bed. Laying down on this topper is like making a snow angel in feathers. The down topper will rise up around your body frame and lift your arms and legs somewhat. When you get out of bed there is an impression left behind from where you were laying down. You would need to shake it up to re-fluff the feathers again. Also it will make your bed very high which looks and feels awkward. I weigh 124 pounds so body weight should not affect the amount of support the topper provides. I originally ordered this for a house guest who ended up not using it either. Unfortunately I didn’t try this out until after the return policy window ended, so now I am stuck with this $200 bulky bag of uncomfortable feathers.
