Description

This mattress has a chill Vibe, seriously. Combining both a cold-to-the-touch fabric blend with a proprietary BioCool phase change material (PCM) cooling technology added to the foam, this mattress helps you sleep cooler through the night. The core of this hybrid mattress is comprised of the ‘best of both worlds’ featuring a 3-layer system of pressure relieving memory foam and the support of an encapsulated steel coil system. The top layer is 2.5-inches of responsive cooling gel memory foam featuring the added BioCool technology that is designed to keep your temperature in the optimal range for sleep, the transition layer is a 2.5-inch sculpted convoluted foam that provides excellent ventilation and airflow as well as motion transfer to the encapsulated coil system. The encapsulated coil system combines 6” of coils and a high density foam encasement on all sides, including 1” on the bottom. The foam encapsulated design is a premium feature found in high-end mattresses and improves the performance of the mattress offering greater durability and protection for the springs, reduced sagging, increased edge-to-edge support, better sleeping space utilization, and increased articulation with adjustable bases than all-coil systems. The fabric of this mattress features a 100% polyethylene face which provides a cold-to-the-touch feel and a decorative design with a sculpted look.     Don't buy this, unless u don't mind replacing it in 6 months.

    When I first got this mattress, I thought it was the best thing ever. I could sit on my bed and have a glass next to me and not worry about it spilling. Both my husband and I slept great and adult time was awesome. I was even going to write a 5 star review and praise how much I loved this mattress, but I'm glad I didn't. Cause all the good things about this mattress have faded away and I hate this thing. I've had it for less than 6 months and every time I get into bed, I sink into it and everything that's on the bed with me rolls towards me. It also sheds. I know that's not the correct word for it, but there's all these lil sand like white plastic pieces that are all over it or fall from it. It is extremely annoying and I have to vacuum the mattress a couple times a month and sweep constantly. It got to the point that I went out and bought a mattress cover because they were poking through my sheets and making it uncomfortable to lay down. My husband at first loved this mattress and how it made it so his back no longer hurt, but now he wakes up several times a night, almost in tears because his back and hip are hurting. All the support this mattress had a couple of months ago is gone. It's not like we're heavy people either. I weigh 165lbs and my husband weighs 200 to 205 lbs at most. So in conclusion, I wouldn't buy this mattress again or recommend it. Really wish I could get my money back and put it towards the new mattress I need to buy.

    Missing mattress x2

    I can't rate the mattress itself, as I never recieved it the first time, nor the second time since it was reissued under the same tracking number (odd). It stayed in "label created" for 11 days, two days after ordering it, meaning no mattress for 13 total days. The company itself could not tell me where the mattress was, just that it should show up eventually. (The Target.com service representative I spoke with suggested I leave this review!)

    Best cooling gel mattress

The cooling gel feature of this mattress keeps me cool at night and makes such an enjoyable night sleep. It was extremely easy and simple to unbox and set up this mattress. I am typically a very hot sleeper and I actually got cold the first night I slept on it. I’m planning to buy a warmer comforter which is very surprising. It set up quickly and I was able to use it the night I set it up. I highly recommend giving this mattress a shot, especially if you are looking for something to help keep you cool at night.

As soon as the packaging was cut open it looked fully inflated in about 2 minutes. Its so smooth and cooling makes you not even want to put sheets on it . Ive been sleeping great. This mattress is excellent for inducing sleep. It lives up to its description of being very soft and plush, reaching its full 12-inch thickness quickly. However, I personally found that it doesn't provide adequate support for my back. On the plus side, it works well for side and stomach sleeping. While I wish it had been a better fit for me, I must give it a four-star rating. I would recommend it to those who prioritize a comfortable sleep experience over back support.

The bed, while may be a hybrid medium, it feels like it’s pushing to the firm side. PRO: keeps me cool at night and prevents the hot sweats I was experiencing with my old bed, easy to set up.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is comfortable and led to a great sleep once I started using it. The mattress quickly expanded once opening the box. This led to being able to use the mattress quickly and not having to wait 24 hours for full expansion. The only issue I had with the mattress is that there was a slight smell and the smell took a few days to dissipate.

    We're so glad you're enjoying your new Vibe Supreme Cooling 12" Hybrid Mattress! The slight odor you describe is a normal aspect of a mattress in a box reconstituting after compression known as off-gassing. All of our mattresses use 100% CertiPUR-US certified foams which test for low volatile organic compounds (VOC) to limit offgassing but to some people there is still some slight odor. This is perfectly safe and as you describe dissipates within 24-48 hours to be completely indiscernible.
