This tape is quality!!! It will stay on your skin for 7 days, no lie. It provides me so much pain relief, and I love it. I have no skin irritation from adhesive at all. This tape is just la crème de la crème of kinesiology tapes. You do get what you pay for. I highly recommend it.

The tape works great for my plantar fasciitis. Forms well to your body and sticks really well. I’m giving 5 stars b/c the product does work and relieves a lot of pain in my foot.
