I have a 75% tear in rotator cuff. Cannot be operated on. Been in physical therapy for 3 months and they told me to practice golf and play a few rounds with tape. I have used your tape along with PT and returned to the course. Without your tape, I would not be able to return to the course. Many Thanks.

Works great; I always have used KT tape. It helps reduce the bulkiness of having a brace. This tape sticks better when used for feet and putting on socks, the edges don't peel or get caught.

I’m disappointed at the tape quality. It feels different than previous KT Tape Pro purchased. The new tape feels thinner especially when stretched. I was able to wear my previous tape for one week and it NEVER came off. This new tape came off after one night.

I used the KT Tape Pro for ITB soreness around the knee and on the heels of my feet. I followed the KT Tape tutorial on YouTube and applied the appropriate amount of stretch in the suggested areas. I performed my regular pre-workout stretches without any mobility issues from the KT Tape. I ran my half-marathon and had zero blisters on my heels and zero ITB soreness during or after the half-marathon. My recommendation is to remove any hair and clean the area to be taped for best results. With proper preparation, KT Tape Pro will last nearly 7 days. I have to say that the KT Tape Pro and doing proper stretching before and after my workout provided me with ITB relief! I will continue to use KT Tape Pro as a result of this.
