Perfect size rice cooker for our family
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love my rice cooker for sit down family meals. The rice is ready and perfect for us and we can eat at will. I love that you can steam other items in here so it is not just for rice.

Trouble with the button
I used this for the first time 3 days back and everything was fine. Second time onwards the switch does not stay on cook and keeps reverting back to the warm position. I have tried every thing on my end but nothing helps. This is just after one use. Is my product defective or can troubleshooting help. It was purchased in October 2021 but used only 3 days back for the first time.

Easy simple rice cooker that works great. Use this on a daily basis and have had no issues. Also great to bring along when you go to the cottage as it won't take much counter space up.

I love that this product comes in Red and the cooker makes the perfect amount of rice because you can see through the lid you can make sure the rice doesn't over cook. Also I love the. feature that switches over to warm until the rest of my food is ready.
