They still work, however the don’t lay as flat as the original and I often have to readjust it to get it to work which is quite annoying.

I’ve also always had great output with this pump and have been able to use it exclusively. It is much more comfortable for me than the original willow because I never tolerated the constant suction well. Used this all the time with first baby and bought a second as backup for second baby because I love it so much.
