I love how quick this coffee maker brews & that it stays warm for a couple of hours. My only dislike about this product is the spout. When you pour it runs down the pot because the plastic spout is too flat. I noticed on glass pots there is more of a dip to prevent spillage.

We loved the coffe maker until it stopped working after only 6 months. For the one year warranty, we have to package and ship it to Canada AND pay return shipping. Not worth it. DO NOT BUY THIS COFFEE MAKER!

WE love this machine but just recently the handle broke and no longer able to use, This has been one of the best larger machines we have had in many years and not one issues till now with it

Received as a gift. Works well except for the carafe handle breaking. Same issue as other review with broken handle.

First time I used the pot the top of the handle hanging over the glass broke . Use caution.

I have had this coffee maker for over 2.5 years or so. Coffee is very hot. Easy to use and clean. I recommend you use Bunn basket coffee filters if you want to make 14 cups of coffee. Bunn filters fit and they are a little higher than standard basket 12 cup coffee filters. The only thing that I don't like is that the lid sometimes pops open at the end or near the end of the brew cycle (when there is a lot of steam at the end).

I used to run out of coffee while I was still longing for one more cup. Problem solved! The 14 cup capacity is perfect and let's me prepare my favorite beverage economically. I'm very happy with this coffeemaker. It was a really good choice.

We love the 14 cup capacity as we are a family of big coffee drinkers

I have been using this coffee maker daily for over 3 years. It is attractive, it cleans easily, and most importantly, the coffee tastes better then the Cuisinart unit it replaced.

We bought this for our office. The capacity is perfect and lasts us all day and it looks better than our old white (slightly yellow) coffee maker. Great Price!!
