  • A: There is no wind rating, but our products are firm. After the product is installed normally, the bottom of the four pillars is fixed with the expansion screws, ground or the floor. The sunshade curtain needs to be folded up and tied in case of strong wind and heavy rain.

Product is NOT sturdy! Pre drilled holes were off and did not line up. Was NOT simple instructions. Took 6 people over 5 hours to assemble. Pieces were missing and poles on top for canopy were too short so could not assemble. Company was terrible to deal with. Costway stayed could send correct pieces but being overseas would take over a month!!!!! Would not purchase unless you want a big time frustration headache!!! Finally got our $ back. We are now building our own!!!!!

Unsupportive Company

my children bought me this pergola for mother's day. Parts were mislabeled. Asked company to send correct parts. They said no, that they should be correct. Will be taking this back for a refund. can't believe a company would do this and not correct error. Sent company pictures of parts, still denying their mistake.

Not Very Sturdy but Fine

The low price reflects the quality. For ~$400, this does the trick. It wiggles from side to side even after it was secured into the deck. The posts are also bowed where they come together. We had a similar pergola that was ~$1,200 previously and it had none of these issues.

Mislabeled parts

Wrong Parts were shipped but the labels applied matched the instructions. Spent hours attempting to assemble only to realize the parts were mislabeled and incorrect. Have to disassemble and return time. Completely frustrated and disappointed. Do NOT recommend purchasing this item! And because it’s a 3rd party vendor, target cannot resend missing parts
