The design of the mesh in conjunction with the bars is in such a way that you are basically sitting or directly laying on the bars to hold up your weight. Butt bar, small of back bar as well as one to hold up your neck…The arm holes and face hole are in the wrong spots to comfortably have your arms in and face at the same time. One of the bars is directly in line with the bottom of the face hole so your jaw and neck have to be held in a way to not choke yourself. One could easily injure their jaw. Very difficult to talk normally.

Don't waste your money

Luke the face window but when lying face down, your ribs rest on a bar which is uncomfortable. Anytime the chair gets wet, rust pours out of legs which stained my deck.
