We switched from the Dial refills to this and have had no issues. Note that it is *foaming* so it will be watery and you need a foaming pump. We reuse our plastic Dial pumps without any issue. Love that the soap is clear, smells great, that the packaging uses less plastic and takes up less space.

I like that this is a clean scent similar to sea minerals and sweet water by method. Something about it gives me swimming pool vibes — in a good way. The refill is economical and a good value giving three fill-ups. Docking two points because the packaging has no mention of recycling which is a shame in this day and age. If refills are going to be single use because the type of plastic can’t be recycled, it should at least be ultra concentrated since the number one ingredient is water.
