I bought this soap foam refill because my usual brand, JR Watkins, was out of stock. Unfortunately, this soap left both my hands and my family’s hands feeling dry after every use. It’s not gentle at all, and we’ve had to use extra lotion just to deal with the dryness. I won’t be purchasing this again and will wait for my regular brand to become available.

I don't know if they changed the formula or someone emptied a bag and filled it with water, but when I went to fill up my soap pump, water splashed out all over my counter. I've used this brand consistently and it's always been a true liquid soap. To say I'm disapproved be an understatement. I feel cheated as a customer.
